Orders & delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is printed on demand just for you. Printing and quality check take 2–4 business days, then delivery takes 2–4 days to metro cities, 5–7 days to the rest of India and 7–10 days to the North-East and J&K. See our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet — we currently deliver only within India.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery orders have a small COD fee shown at checkout.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay’s secure checkout, plus Cash on Delivery.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available across India with a ₹49 COD fee, added automatically at checkout. Pay prepaid to skip the fee and get free shipping.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Sizing & products
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a size chart. Our oversized tees and hoodies are cut loose on purpose — if you prefer a regular fit, pick one size down. Tip: measure a t-shirt you love and compare it with the chart.
How are your designs printed?
We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing — vibrant, stretchable prints that don’t crack easily. Wash inside out in cold water and don’t iron directly on the print to keep it looking new.
Do you take bulk or custom orders?
Yes — for college fests, events, teams and corporate gifting. Email support@indiandeseret.in with the design, quantity and sizes for a quote.
Returns, replacements & cancellations
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
We’ll replace it free or refund you in full. Email support@indiandeseret.in within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID, an unboxing video (one continuous video of opening the sealed package) and clear photos. Once approved, we place your replacement order within 48 hours.
Can I exchange for a different size or return it?
Because each piece is printed just for you, we can’t accept returns or size exchanges for change of mind or wrong size ordered. Please check the size chart before buying. Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 4 hours of placing it — email support@indiandeseret.in with your Order ID. Once printing starts it can’t be cancelled.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
