Refund and Cancellation Policy 

At Indian Deseret, we strive to provide high-quality custom apparel. Since all our products are custom-printed on demand specifically for you, we have a strict refund and replacement policy.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, has a printing defect, or is the incorrect item/size compared to what you ordered, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Timeframe: You must report the issue within 5 days of delivery.
  • Process: Please email us at contact@indiandeseret.in with your Order ID and clear photos of the product highlighting the defect or damage.
  • Resolution: Once approved, we will ship a replacement free of charge or initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Size Exchanges & Customer Mistakes

Because each item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size (please refer to our size charts before buying).
  • You changed your mind or no longer want the product.
  • You provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Once printing begins at our manufacturing facility, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. To cancel, please email us immediately at contact@indiandeseret.in.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with Indian banking norms.
